Fees, Rescheduling, Cancelations

A portion of this fee, a booking fee of 50%, is non-refundable. In order to secure your reservation for the services of the photographer on a given date. A refund of 50% will be given if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours of the session. A full refund will be given if cancelation is more than 48 hours in advance. If the cancelation occurs within 24 hours  of the session, there will be no refund.

The client will be given the chance to reschedule but cannot be pushed ahead of other reserved clients. Should the reschedule be requested the day of original session, the Photographer reserves to right to charge additional booking fee.

The client recognizes that there may be an additional cost if choosing to have the session done at a studio location or private venue. Additional cost will vary depending on the location the client agrees to, the additional cost will be sent to the client by the photographer via e-mail. The additional payment will be due no later than 48 hours before the session.

Copyright

The client recognizes that Photos by MP (Morgan Price) is producing works made for hire and that the copyright of all photographs is retained by the photographer. Permission is granted to reproduce and make use of the photographs under the following conditions; use is restricted to clients' personal use and the personal use by clients' friends and family. Prior written permission from the Photographer is required for any sale, publication, or commercial use of the photographs.

Image Selection and Access

Photos by MP will choose the best images from the session. Photos by MP does not show unedited images, nor involve the clients in the process of choosing which images will be in the gallery. Photos by MP will provide access to photos via a PixieSet link within 1-5 days of the session.

Contingencies

In the event the Photographer becomes injured or ill and cannot supply agreed upon services as specified, the Photographer will make attempts to find replacement photographer or reschedule session at no additional cost to Client. If the photographer is unable to find replacement or client does not want to reschedule, a full refund will be granted. In the unlikely event that images are list, stolen, or destroyed for reasons in or beyond Photo by MP's control, a full return of payments will be granted and a reschedule will be made for 50% off.

Model Release

This contract is used as a model release. Clients grant Photos by MP irrevocable and unlimited consent to use, publish, and distribute photographs for advertising, editorial, commercial, and any other purpose and in any manner, and to alter the photographs without restriction. An exception is made for photographs involving minors should the legal guardian not give consent to publishing of the minor's face.
