Long before I ever discovered my love of writing, photography was my hobby of choice. When I was around four-years-old I would grab my Aunt’s canon camera and run around the house at family gatherings and snap photos of everyone.

The first camera I remember ever having as my own was a plastic purple camera, from my vague memories I think it stayed at my grandparent’s house. It had tweety bird on it too! Since then I’ve always taken photos for fun, usually of friends and family.

In high school, I took senior photos for friends, and started taking photos of one of my best friends who is a singer/song writer.

Since then I’ve done a wide range of photographer, from school portraits, sports team photos, baseball and softball game candids, and events including weddings.

I truly enjoy being able to be creative and capture inspiration or a special moment depending on the project. And every new project makes me more and more excited about photography and what I can capture.
